What is your return policy for electronic components?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that soldered or modified components are generally not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Will I have to pay import duties or VAT?
For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be liable for local import duties and VAT. For EU customers, we offer IOSS shipping options on eligible orders to simplify the tax process at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
