We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pimoroni gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Whether it's a faulty sensor or a change of heart, our team is here to help you get back to your project quickly.

Return Process

    Check Eligibility

    Ensure your item is in its original condition and packaging. For technical faults, please consult our support forums first as many issues can be resolved with a quick firmware update.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Safely pack your items—preferably in the original box—and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number to prevent processing delays.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Send the package back to our UK warehouse via a tracked service. Once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement.
